Welcome to CORAOOL PTE. LTD. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials,

3. License and Access
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

- Use the Services for unlawful purposes;

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to upload or distribute viruses or harmful code;

- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features.
5. API Rate Limiting
To ensure platform stability, we impose API rate limits based on your plan tier. You agree not to exceed:
- Free Tier: 1000 requests/day
- Enterprise Tier: As outlined in your custom agreement
Excessive use may result in temporary throttling or suspension. Abuse of the API (e.g. scraping, flooding) may lead to permanent revocation of access.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to provide 99.9% monthly uptime for paid users. This excludes:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced 24 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events or failures outside our control (e.g. third-party DNS failure)
SLA Credits (if applicable) are limited to a percentage of your monthly fee and must be requested within 10 business days of the incident.
7. Fees and Payment
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 15 days’ notice to current subscribers.
8. GDPR & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You retain full control over your personal data, and we:
- Only collect data necessary to provide the Services;
- Offer clear opt-in consent mechanisms where applicable;
- Provide tools to delete, export, or correct personal data;
- Process data only within jurisdictions with adequate protection.

9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, source code, and trademarks are the property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors. You may not use our brand or assets without written permission.
10. Termination

11. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, business, or data;
- Any liability exceeding the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
